The onboarding presentation streamlines data collection during initial setup. The step-by-step format makes it easy for Elevo to guide the school through the process.
Details about the school and their contract with Elevo form the base of the program.
The provided information is merged into a program calendar, so the schedule can been viewed and adjusted through a bird's eye view.
The deals dashboard gives Elevo an overview of all of their contracted program schedules in one centralized location. An automated data model connects the information collected from the onboarding presentation to other third party applications.
Elevo can easily manage each district's deal and address any issues that may arise.
As part of my role, I mapped out the tool's functionality and integrations to keep the team aligned as we moved into development.
